Harbour Towne Counseling and Psychiatry, PLLC. offers comprehensive ADHD evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults ages 6 and older.
Our assessment process is designed to provide a thorough, evidence-based understanding of attention, focus, impulse control, and executive functioning across home, school, and work environments.
ADHD evaluations may include a detailed clinical interview, review of developmental, academic, and psychosocial history, standardized rating scales and behavioral questionnaires, and objective computer-based testing using the Conners’ Continuous Performance Test, Third Edition (CPT-3). The CPT-3 is a validated measure that assesses attentional functioning, impulsivity, and response consistency, providing valuable objective data to support diagnostic accuracy.
When appropriate, collateral information from parents, teachers, or other relevant individuals is incorporated to ensure a comprehensive view of symptoms across settings. We also carefully assess for co-occurring or alternative conditions that may impact attention and behavior, including anxiety, mood disorders, and trauma-related symptoms.
Our goal is to provide clear diagnostic clarification and practical, individualized recommendations, including treatment planning, school or workplace accommodations, and guidance regarding therapy and medication management when indicated. All evaluations are conducted by experienced mental health professionals in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
